How do I pay for my order

Through PayPal(friends and family only), Zelle Pay for orders above $299, and automatic Bitcoins payment(all other major cryptos are also accepted)
Please note Banks and financial institutions like PayPal, Google pay, Apple Pay and stripe.com are not allowed to offer direct website payment integration that is paying automatically and directly form our website. That’s why we accept payments only through PayPal friends and family.

This also applies to all website that sell THC or cannabis products. Please Keep your card information safe online don’t share it with any THC or Cannabis online vendor.

Once payment is complete, how long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once you payment is complete, you will receive a mail from us stating “order completed” the time varies depending on your country check bellow:

US, CA & Mexico: 1 – 3 Days
UK & Europe: 3 – 6 Days
South America: 5 – 10 Days
Asia & Australia: 7 – 15 Days
Middle East: 10 – 21 Days

Shipping

Do you use Express shipping

Yes, all west coast states have same day delivery the rest is 2 to 3 days. We are able to provide 1 to 3 days delivery for some countries namely USA, Canada , and Mexico.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Free changing of shipping address is possible when your order has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will have to pay the extra shipping cost.

What if I need to modify my order?

Just place a new one, and add a note at the checkout page.

Returns

Do you offer any guarantee I will receive my item?

Yes we do, If your package missing or damaged, we will reship or refund 95% of your order amount.
